During the phone call, an AI-powered virtual guardian will talk to you about the selected situation, making it appear as if you're having a real conversation. This provides a sense of security in uncomfortable situations.

SoundSafe is designed with privacy in mind, ensuring that your data is secure and never misused. All of your details are saved on-device and are used only for duration of the phone call. If required, you can instantly delete all of your associated data using the "Delete Account" feature available in the Settings ⚙️ tab.

SoundSafe calls are 60 seconds long, allowing you to have significant to-and-fro possibilities to handle your situation.

Yes, you can customize the caller's name and ringtone for SoundSafe's virtual guardians. For example, let's assume you've saved the name of a guardian as "Sophie" in the app's Settings ⚙️ tab and saved SoundSafe's phone number under "Sophie" in your contacts. When receiving the call, the caller ID will display "Sophie" during incoming calls, and will use your phone's default ringtone. The virtual guardian will also introduce itself as "Sophie" during the call, enhancing the realism of the conversation.

Currently, SoundSafe provides a 7-day free trial for everyone with unlimited access to all the features. After that, you can select from one of three premium tiers available as per your convenience.
